By accessing or using MyFitnessJournal, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.
MyFitnessJournal is an iOS application that allows you to log food, track workouts, and record body measurements. The app stores your data locally on your device and in your personal iCloud account. We do not operate servers that store your personal data.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use MyFitnessJournal. By using the app, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

MyFitnessJournal offers a free tier and a Pro subscription:
All subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID and are subject to Apple's subscription terms. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your device's Settings under Subscriptions.
Subscription renewals are charged to your Apple ID account within 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Auto-renewal can be turned off at any time in your Apple ID account settings.
If a free trial is offered, it will be noted at the time of purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a Pro subscription.
All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be directed to Apple through their standard refund process. We do not process refunds directly.
MyFitnessJournal and all of its content, features, and functionality are owned by MyFitnessJournal and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the app.
MyFitnessJournal is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
MyFitnessJournal is a tracking tool and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The information provided by the app is for general informational purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any fitness or nutrition program.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyFitnessJournal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the app. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the app in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the app at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users or the app.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
