Our Core Principle

We do not collect, store, or have access to your personal data. Your fitness data belongs to you and stays on your devices.

Data Storage

All data you enter into MyFitnessJournal — including food logs, workout records, and body measurements — is stored exclusively in your personal iCloud account. This means:

• Your data is stored on your device and in your iCloud account
• We have no servers that store your personal information
• We cannot access, view, or retrieve your data
• Your data syncs across your Apple devices through your own iCloud account

No Account Required

MyFitnessJournal does not require you to create an account. You do not need to provide an email address, name, phone number, or any other personal information to use the app.

Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect:

• Personal identification information (name, email, phone number)
• Health or fitness data you log in the app
• Location data
• Device identifiers for tracking purposes
• Usage analytics or behavioral data

Third-Party Services

MyFitnessJournal does not integrate third-party analytics, advertising networks, or tracking services. We do not share any data with third parties because we do not have access to your data in the first place.

In-App Purchases

MyFitnessJournal offers a Pro subscription through Apple's App Store. All payment processing is handled entirely by Apple. We do not receive or store any payment information such as credit card numbers or billing addresses.

Data Deletion

Since your data is stored in your iCloud account and on your device, you have full control over it at all times. You can delete your data by:

• Deleting individual entries within the app
• Deleting the app from your device
• Managing your iCloud storage through your Apple device settings

Children's Privacy

MyFitnessJournal does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. Since we do not collect personal information, there is no risk of inadvertently collecting data from minors.
