MyFitnessJournal.com was founded in January 2007 with the single goal of becoming the easiest diet and exercise tracking site on the web. I decided to develop this site because I was unable to find a quick way to track my own workouts and foods.

It did not take long to see that there was also no good way to add my foods and workouts to a blog so that I could share with others and gain feedback. The blog feature on this site now provides a simple way to join a community and get feedback on your own success. It also provides a way with just a few clicks to add your daily foods, exercises, and measurements to your blog without typing out all of the details.

We will be continuing to add important features to the site as it grows, and are looking to break new ground in the ability to share fitness information online, as well as revolutionize fitness tracking in the mobile arena.

Whether you are just starting a new diet and exercise plan or have been training for years and want an easy way to see if you are meeting your goals, MyFitnessJournal has something for everyone.
