I set up a bet with my girlfreind for losing the most weight by New Year, and I have a couple of goals that I'm working towards as well

Count by calories, and remain on 1850 calories a day
Do 250 hindu push ups straight through
Do 250 hindu squats straight through
Do 250 V-ups straight through
Be able to run 4 miles in under 40 minutes
To weight in at 160, or the low 160s
